HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To add an item to your cart, select ADD TO CART on the product page. After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct quantity. When you are ready to order, select the CHECKOUT button located in your shopping cart. Enter a Shipping Address. Select your method of PAYMENT.

WHEN AM I GOING TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. Most items should be received within 5-10 days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. You can select expedited shipping methods at checkout for faster delivery times. The estimated shipping time is available when selecting shipping options at checkout, please have a look on that before placing an order.

WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN TIME?
If you need the order to arrive by a certain date, please select an expedited shipping method at checkout or place your order at least a week or two in advance.

ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?
Yes, orders will arrive in one package together.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Please contact us directly for your return confirmation, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase.  If an item arrives broken or has a defect it will replaced or given store credit once we receive the original item back.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we are shipping only within the US. Please contact us directly if you have a question regarding this matter.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number and tracking link. Please make sure to check your inbox and junk folder.

CAN I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please Contact Us. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.

MY ITEM BROKE; CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
If your item broke, which does not happen often, please contact us. We will then give you instructions whether to ship the item back or if you'll receive a partial refund.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
All major cards are supported, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover etc. You can also use Apple Pay.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTIONAL CODE AT CHECKOUT?
Only one promo code can be applied to each order. If you have additional codes you would like to use, we recommend placing an additional order.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE FROM?
100% Soy Wax, essential oils, and wooden wicks.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No, our products are non-animal tested.

IS YOUR GLASS LEAD FREE?
Yes, we use lead free 100% recyclable glass.

ARE YOUR CANDLES SAFE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN?
Yes, all of our candles are safe when used as directed. If you have specific medical questions or concerns, please contact your medical provider.
